Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of TellDesk, an AI phone receptionist operated by Adel Dafi, trading as QuietBuilds. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Account and eligibility

TellDesk is for businesses only. You must be authorized to bind your business to these terms, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle.
• New accounts get a free trial. Its length is shown at signup.
• Each plan includes a monthly call limit. When the limit is reached, your agent may be paused until the next billing period or until you change plans.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TellDesk to:

• send spam or make robocalls
• make or handle unlawful calls
• impersonate another person or business
• break telemarketing or other communications laws

Your responsibility to callers

You are responsible for telling callers that they are speaking with an AI and that calls may be recorded. You are also responsible for getting any consent that local law requires, including call-recording and two-party consent laws that apply to you and your callers.

AI accuracy

The AI can misunderstand callers or make mistakes. You should review the bookings it creates and correct anything that is wrong.

Health information

TellDesk is not designed or certified for storing protected health information. You must not rely on it for HIPAA compliance.

Third-party services

TellDesk works with third-party services such as calendars and telephony. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that they will be available or work as expected.

Service provided as is

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not offer an uptime SLA.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TellDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment or abuse of the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect. If you keep using TellDesk after that, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria.
