Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial, so you can try TellDesk before you pay.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. No further charges are made after you cancel.

Refunds for unused time

When you cancel, you get a refund for the unused part of what you paid, calculated by day. For example, if you cancel 10 days into a 30-day month, we refund the remaining 20 days. If you paid for several months in advance, unused months are refunded as well.

To request your refund, email support@telldesk.app from your account email address. Your agent stops answering calls once the refund is issued.

Charged in error

If you were charged by mistake, email us and we will refund the full amount.

How refunds are paid

Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
